Surfin’ Dirt is the one and only All Terrain Board centre in Ireland
Located in the spectacular surroundings of the Mourne Mountains, Surfin' Dirt mountain board centre provides an exciting venue for mountain boarders of all skills and ages. Beginners have the opportunity to learn and develop skills on the nursery slope, while more advanced riders will enjoy the long carving runs, jumps and features on the main hill.
We have all the boards and safety gear for hire, instruction from AIMBA qualified instructors, as well as boards, equipment, clothing and accessories for sale. Introduction sessions are held most weekends, where you will learn the basic riding techniques with an experienced AIMBA instructor, and be riding the hill like a pro in a very short time.
We are an official Maxtrack centre. Maxtrack are the pioneers of mountain boarding in the UK and Europe. As the only active promotors of our sport in Ireland, we are happy to help anyone get involved in track building or centre development, and can offer advice, knowledge and experience gained over the last 5 years we have been operating.

...anyone can! Brenton shows LLB how it's done during filming of "Laurence and Jackies' Northern Exposure" TV programme for the BBC. This segment airs on Friday 29th August, BBC1, 9:30pm.

Dalton Downhill, Sunday 17th August.
The Dalton, a 10 and under comp, is the next event on the calendar.
Aimed at developing our younger riders, the event is open to all 10 years old and younger riders, boys and girls. The comp is a pure downhill, with timed runs over a set course. Pure downhill means there are no obstacles or features to ride over, simply follow the set course as fast as you can.
The winner takes home the Dalton Memorial Cup, which is engraved with the winners name. Last years winner will be on hand to present the trophy to this years winner.
Now with added lift!
It is downhill all the way, since Surfin' Dirt now have a lift trailer to pull you and your gear up the hill - more downhill time without the walk up effort.
